Relax in a wood-fired sauna at NECCA (New England Center for Circus Arts)! You will have an hour to cycle multiple times between the 200 degree sauna and your choice of an optional cold shower or cold plunge outside. Please wear sports clothing or a bathing suit, bring a towel to sit on, and a water bottle. This is a community sauna and you will be joined by up to 4 other people (or you may choose to reserve a private hour). A sauna host will be there to answer any questions. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna and come hydrated!

Sauna is located at the back of NECCA at 10 Town Crier Drive l in Brattleboro, VT. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session.
